- In the first-century church, the apostle Paul employed a collaborative leadership approach as he co-labored with God and other Christians. The author contends that Paul's collaborative style can be a positive factor in promoting church revitalization. A declining-membership suburban mainline-denomination congregation served as a case study for collaborative leadership in ministry.
