Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to equip a select group of pastors in Cullman, Alabama to serve as volunteer chaplains for the Cullman Police Department. The project director accomplished three project goals and four professional goals. The project goals were effective research, curriculum development, and equipping pastors to serve as volunteer chaplains. The four professional goals were increased knowledge of law enforcement chaplaincy, evaluation of his instructional ability, achievement of competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, and evaluation and improvement of his personal health and fitness.
