- This project proposes and tests methods by which a church organizational structure can begin serving Christ rather than itself. In an overnight retreat involving instruction and group discussion, a church leadership team explores the primary task of congregational life. The project produces a set of criteria to test whether the structure as designed promotes or hinders the congregation in achieving its primary purpose.
