Abstract
  • This project is a case study addressing the ministry needs of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Kansas City, Missouri. The objective of this project is to move the ministry from a position of decline to that of gaining momentum. The treatment encompassed the implementation of six keys, which were vital to the project. These keys are encouragement, empowerment, structured foundations of vital ministries, planning (short and long term), healthy stewardship and finances, and worship. Following the implementation of this project it was discovered that the momentum of active, healthy, structured, and vibrant ministry was developed.
