Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to expand the curriculum of the Spanish Bible Institute of Welch College, Gallatin, Tennessee. Welch College is a private, Christian institution affiliated with the National Association of Free Will Baptists, Inc. The curriculum-expansion strategy entailed four steps. The project director investigated the demographics of Hispanic Free Will Baptists to determine potential needs for biblical training. He explored existing models of Spanish biblical higher education in the United States to discover best practices. The project director presented the research to a selected team and developed a strategy to expand the curriculum of the Spanish Institute of Welch College. The project culminated with a multimedia presentation of the curriculum-expansion strategy to the Welch faculty for final approval.
