Abstract
  • This project assesses the impact of a discipleship training curriculum on the missional focus of church leaders. The project design included seven interactive lessons, pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results revealed that the eleven participants were more missionally focused after engaging the discipleship training curriculum. Their awareness and knowledge to include others in God's missional intent grew. Participants were more motivated to explore interpersonal involvement and self-reflection in making-disciples.The findings also indicated an enhanced understanding in cultivating missional focus, spending added time building relationships and exercising skills to support a disciple's growth.
