- The purpose of this project was to equip a selected group of adults at Petal-Harvey Baptist Church, Petal, Mississippi in youth ministry leadership competencies. The project director researched relevant resources in the field of youth ministry leadership and developed an annotated bibliography and a teaching plan to be examined by experts in the field of Christian education. The project director developed a curriculum and taught the curriculum to selected adults over several sessions. The project was evaluated by a course evaluation and a posttest.
