- Abstract
- This writer's program thesis puts forth the proposition that unresolved conflict between a controlled and an enabled concept of Christianity as precipitated by the encounter between negative pseudo neo-Pentecostal authoritarianism and traditional Lutheran patterns of ministry and church life can be resolved and managed successfully within the contextual setting. The method of study is a systematic analysis of every facet and/or component that constitutes the total setting of crisis conflict. The conflict resolution methodology is dialogical interaction between the various components within the contextual setting. The conclusion reached in the study is that this approach to conflict management in the congregational setting is viable and successful.
