Abstract
  • This project proposes that intentional, regular practice of Sabbath rest will help ministers to reduce the consequences of stress and anxiety. Working with a 'continual assessment' research model, the project enlists several ministers in semimonthly sessions of Sabbath rest over a period of five months. In these meetings the ministers practice the Sabbath and evaluate their experience.
