  • Most of the Brazilian Immigrants in the US have a Roman Catholic background. In order to minister to this group, it is crucial to understand its context and implications of this kind of ministry. This doctoral project focuses on the Roman Catholic immigrants in the United States of America and in a context of a particular BRazilian congregation in Naples, Florida. The approach used by this specific congregation is analyzed and explored in order to bring some light to this discussion.The historical and social background is part of this project, and they bring an important piece to the whole picture.
