Abstract
  • As lay leaders exercise their leadership roles at church, their leadership styles are influenced by their cultural background. In order to help them to become faithful Christian lay leaders, they need to be informed, educated, nurtured, and trained in the ways of servant leadership. Servant leadership is a way of life that church leaders need to learn as they seek to live as disciples of Jesus Christ.
