Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to implement a team-based approach that would provide campus ministry to three or more college campuses within the Columbia Basin Baptist Association for a period of one college semester or its corresponding quarter. The project required assembling a team of people who would follow the team processes described in the project prospectus, resulting in the kind of exceptional results associated with a high-performance team. While those kinds of results were not attained by the project, the report offers significant theological and theoretical guidelines for individuals wanting to initiate team processes in their ministry setting.
