- Abstract
- The study questions arbitrary power images often connected to Christian families and ministry. The three tasks were: 1) to form and examine the concept of fatherhood resulting from the win-win method of PET (Parent Effectiveness Training) ; 2) to organize historically the prevailing images of fatherhood and ministry; and 3) to apply the theory in a Finnish confirmation camp. Hidden power structures are approached through speculative analysis. Lack of healthy weakness is seen as a major source for problems in the Christian community.
