- Abstract
- University educated, young Anglicans in Kampala, Uganda, need leadership training. The following research questions, explored through a selective literature review, shaped the development of a week-long, intensive leadership training program based on Nehemiah: (1) What theological and missiological issues need to be considered?; (2) What is the critical content that future leaders need to be taught?; (3) How do cultural factors effect the study and training of leadership?; (4) What is the most effective way to design and deliver a training program?; (5) How can this training program be evaluated?
