Abstract
  • This project entails examination of interpersonal communication skills, instruction in these skills from a Biblical standpoint, and opportunities to practice interpersonal communication skills in a group setting, with the ultimate goal of participants becoming peacemakers. The conduct of this project included interpersonal communication surveys of the participants, six hours of instruction in interpersonal communication, followed by a written examination. The participants were then evaluated by the project director in the practice of their interpersonal communication skills within a small group setting. The project results were reflected in measured growth in specific areas of interpersonal communication.
