Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to develop an agile model for planting churches in New Mexico. Pastors and church leaders will participate in training to equip them to instruct, model, and empower their church members in evangelism, discipleship, and group formation outside traditional church structures. Applying theology and organizational theory the pastors will learn how to instruct and model what it means to be part of a kingdom of preists and what is their responsibility as ambassadors in their neighborhood and community. The project is evaluated by means of pre and post training assessments, personal interviews, and observation.
