Abstracto

This project proposes to assist local Southern Baptist congregations in the Piedmont-Okefenokee region with declining membership or 'plateaued' growth to develop a vision and strategic plan for growth. In six teaching sessions with the pastor, six teaching sessions with members, and planning sessions with a select committee, the project guides each congregation to a formal vision statement and plan for growth. The project helps congregations to focus beyond themselves, promote good church health, develop effective growth leadership, and achieve ownership of the vision statement and growth plan.
