  • This dissertation proposes a unique new model for church revitalization and growth, adopted by this particular local church after studying and analyzing ways to reach out to evangelize and minister to the people in an extremely demographically diverse community. The emphasis herein depicts the urgent need for churches to re-evaluate their mission regarding their effectiveness and relevance to those residing in the community in which the church is located. Equally important is the actual occurrence of change when research demands change, regardless of how personally painful such change would be. It is the God-given duty and responsibility of the local church to reach their Jerusalem, without qualification or excuse.
