- This case study is about the introduction of Friendship Baptist Church's outreach ministry, FACT (Friendship Baptist Church Accepting Community Transitions), to the southwest Washington DC remnant transitional community. The goals of FACT are to address social problems, strengthen the church, train members, and evangelize and make disciples. FACT addresses both the social and spiritual problems of the transition community with projects, programs, study groups, resource persons, site teams, Bible study, and the training and motivation of all members to participate in ministries.
