Abstract
  • Through an educational process which used the shared praxis approach, this project concluded that the ministry of the Church is a gift from God to the entire Church. The Church is called into a voluntary fellowship through its acceptance of one common salvation. It is given purpose through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and is commissioned to witness to God's saving activity in the world. The fact that all members are not endowed with the same gifts makes it necessary that each member, specialists included, bring to the ministry their particular gift and thereby enhance the effectiveness of the ministry through sharing.
