Abstract
  • The faith stories of congregation members often remain an untapped source for pastors as they lead a new ministry or continue leading a congregation. research discloses that through the process of story collection and discernment, a pastor can more fully understand a congregation's convictions and spirituality, which undergird its ministry praxis, and thereby engage a congregation from the places God has already led them. Presented here is one design for faith story collection and discernment.
