- Abstract
- 'In Care' is an important covenant in the ordination process of the United Church of Christ that often is not experienced as a covenant. The purpose of this project is to develop a pamphlet which provides guidelines for implementing an 'In Care' relationship that is true to the Manual on Ministry of the UCC and to the needs of the student and advisor. The pamphlet emerges out of a workshop for 'In Care' advisors led by the author, a gathering of 'In Care' students, and the author's experience of serving as an 'In Care' advisor.
