Abstrakt

The writer believes that a senior pastor's leadership is vital for healthy transitions such as relocating a ministry. Church health is related to principles for change transition that can be discovered, applied and transferred to others so that Christ is honored in the process of change. The writer investigated the Bible, Christian leadership studies, secular research and case studies of three successful church relocations to discern principles for effective change leadership. The author observed principles for health and vitality and developed an outline for a manual for church leadership.
