Abstract
  • Sexual addiction is a destructive force in Australian society, as well as the Christian church. Christian men are not immune from the pressure of their own sexuality and in a highly sexualized world they need discipleship to restore and fortify their moral and spiritual integrity. The thesis explores the nature and treatment of sexual addiction and documents the creation of a ten-session program designed to assist adult men understand their own sexuality and learn to achieve self control. The test program involved the participation of 120 men and was conducted in Melbourne, Australia.
