- The purpose of this project was to develop a strategic plan for urban ministry in the Birmingham Baptist Association of Birmingham, Alabama. The plan established models and mechanisms to carry out the mission of the association and developed a framework to help churches realize their own resource potential for empowering impoverished citizens in urban communities.
