- In this project the Christian leader learns how to actualize transformation through a biographical lens into the transformational leadership of Jesus Christ as encountered in spiritual phenomena from His birth to resurrection. The study was conducted with ten Christian ten leaders and three observers in a seven week Bible study focusing on the process of spiritual transformation. The study was measured by a pre-study questionnaire, a post-study questionnaire, and an evaluation. The results of the study indicated significant change in spiritual gifting. The pronounciation of transformation was the culmination of biblical application through oral transformational summations by the Christian leaders.
