Abstract
  • This project/dissertation is an attempt to link the tradition to current theological issues while maintaining tension between law and gospel. The systematic uses an analysis of pluralism, systematic theology, the Trinity, and the Saxony visitations as the basis for 'doing theology.' The entire theology is written from the perspective of a parish theologian. The conclusion deals with four contemporary issues: abortion, feminism (sexism), racism, and AIDS.
