- Abstract
- This project surveys 154 serving pastors of the Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec in order to address issues in the care of clergy. A review of current literature focuses on various areas of stress in the lives of clergy. In recommendations to clergy, congregations, and the denomination, the project directs attention to clergy families, conflict management, and the role of the Area Minister.
