- The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy for Gateway Baptist Church, Atoka, Tennessee, to reach unchurched young adults in the area of South Tipton County. The project director implemented a twelve-session project which was designed to guide selected members of Gateway Baptist Church through a process to develop a strategy to reach unchurched young adults. The project director researched the subject matter and gathered the information needed to develop and train the participants in building a strategy. He equipped the strategy building group to develop a strategy to reach unchurched young adults in South Tipton County. The project director and the strategy building team presented the proposed strategy to the congregation. The congregation adopted the proposed strategy.
