  • Systemic segregation is detrimental to the whole community. The Mt. Clemens community spiritual and economic growth is hindered by systemic segregation. The objective of this project is to build a coalition of spiritual leaders to dialogue and create a strategic plan to address the systemic segregation. When barriers are removed that keep certain groups frozen in status, it will empower the community. The methodologies which will be used in this project are qualitative data collection and data analysis. The project will be evaluated by the participation of the spiritual leaders and the attempts to create a strategic plan.
