This project presents a strategy for evaluating sermons that enables the gathering of extensive data from the listeners. The preacher conducts a retrospective assessment utilizing cassette tape recordings of sermons along with a detailed, in-depth questionnaire. The strategy is comprehensive, divided into three major components: design, implementation procedure, and model for processing the data. It is illustrated by application to four representative sermons, with extensive data gathered from 211 respondents. It has proved to be workable and effective and can be used advantageously by other clergy.
