Abstract
  • The new millennium church should be a place where everyone of every age is valued and recognized for their gifts and graces by God and one another. The author studied the Millennial Generation and their unique spiritual setting. Youth and children led worship monthly, sharing their personal and spiritual selves with the congregation and discovering their own value as full participants in the church. Each child or youth had an adult 'Pal' with whom to develop a more personal relationship. Young people also served on committees and as consultants for programs and activities in the life of the church.
