Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy to make disciples among the Extremaduran unreached people group in southwestern Spain. The strategy included a variety of disciplines that were germane to current ministry as a church planter. The first step was to explore models and study pertinent demographic data describing the Extremaduran people group. Then the project director developed a strategy for making disciples among the Extremaduran people group and presented it to key leaders. Throughout the process, goals were evaluated according to specific standards that will maintain both quality assurance and product assessment. Developing a strategy for Extremadura incorporated the International Mission Board's overall vision for reaching the Iberian Peninsula, which included these missiological pillars: prayer, people (evangelism), planting, partnering, preparing (leadership development), and parting.
