- Abstract
- New church members must be assimilated into the church through an intentional process. A seminar that not only introduces new members to key people and information, but also helps them discover their place in ministry will be effective. The seminar uses spiritual gift and personality type discovery to aid members in seeing how God has uniquely gifted the member for ministry. The members also learn how they interact with others. This process of discovery also builds relationships and aids assimilation.
