- The purpose of this project was to develop a spiritual formation strategy for the summer staff of CrossTimbers MIssion Adventure Camp in Davis, Oklahoma. In the first phase, the project director administrated a survey to former summer staff and incoming staff. From the gathered data, he developed a spiritual formation profile. IN phase two, the project director researched the area of spiritual formation to discover core practices. He then compiled a report of best practices for spiriutal formation. The project director began phase three by constructing a strategy deelopment plan. Then he assembled a strategy team. Utilizing the profile data and best practice report, the strategy team developed a spiritula formation strategy for summer staff. In the final phase, the project director presented the strategy to the leadership of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma for approval.
