Abstract
  • Designing and implementing a three-year interreligious educational study, the author examined the impact of interreligious programming on a university campus as a resource for preparing students to live in a globalized world. The study was evaluated through participation, observation, and study that helped the author conclude that people benefit from a deeper understanding and greater education of others in community. More specifically, the author found that universities provide structured and safe opportunities to challenge foundational systems of belief and to teach students the vaule of diversity in the world, thereby preparing them to be global citizens.
