Abstract
  • This project sought to explore the nature of reality, humanity and community being articulated by the information technology community and, to equip Christians to engage the identified issues from an informed Reformational perspective in a manner that advances Christ's gospel. Building on a survey of relevant literature, a five-week adult Christian education course was developed as well as a survey that assessed the participants' understanding of the issues. The class was taught five times with the survey being administered as both a pretest and a posttest. The results were analyzed and the null hypothesis, this class will not have a significant impact on the participants' understanding of a Reformational worldview or the issues being raised by the information technology community, was not rejected. The study concludes with a discussion of the findings as well as recommendations for further research.
