Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to lead an international church to discover their shared biblical core values for use in decision making. The process will make use of a small task force, a congregational survey, and approval by the congregation. In the midst of ethnic, cultural, and denominational diversity, core values can be one of the primary forces in building unity. Shared core values will be key tools when confronting divisive issues, future directions and evaluating existing structures and programs. Successful application of this project is dependent upon the ownership of these core values by church members.
