Abstract
  • Ethnic and cultural diversity in the United States necessitates that church workers be equipped for cross-cultural ministry. However, available literature and training specific to home missions is advanced and scarce. This report describes an entry-level training program developed as an independent study text. Didactic material presented an overview of sixteen topics pertinent to cross-cultural ministry, reinforced through analytical and experiential exercises. The project demonstrated a positive impact upon the ministry of participants and candidate.
