- This project proposes that serious conflict in multicultural and multigenerational congregations can be addressed by a process of conflict management from a Christian perspective to improve working and worshiping relationships within these congregations. Drawing on the work of Jackson W Carroll on church identity and David W Augsburger on multicultural conflict resolution, the project prepares a series of seminars and educational materials to guide congregations in better understanding and managing cultural and generational conflicts.
