Abstract
  • This manual for developing new churches is written for pastors who are in new church starts, field secretaries, church planning and development committees, and denominational staff who are in supportive roles in the Reformed Church of America. The biblical and theological bases of new church growth are examined. Although written from the perspective of the Reformed Church in America, much of the manual contains principles that are transferable to a variety of denominations.
