This project involved a covenant group of church members 25 to 34 years old in an eight-month program. The program included quarterly weekend retreats, interspersed with monthly dialogues, reading assignments, lecture, and partnership with a person more experienced in the faith journey. Presentations to the congregation, especially its leadership, were designed to foster greater awareness of the needs and theological concerns of persons 25 to 34 years of age, in order that the whole church might have a role in helping its young adult members live out their baptism.
