- The purpose of this project was to equip selected ministry leaders at First Baptist Church, Biloxi, Mississippi in personal wellness skills. Following comprehensive research, a five-session workshop was developed. Session topics included an introduction to personal wellness, developing physical wellness, developing spiritual wellness, developing relational wellness, and developing emotional wellness. Workshop participants discovered an appreciation for the value of developing personal wellness. The workshop enabled them to evaluate their physical, spiritual, relational, and emotional health strategies. Finally, the workshop challenged participants to establish personal goals in developing their wellness skills.
