- My goal was to develop an adult discipleship strategy for Liberty Baptist Church, Flowood, Mississippi. Discipleship is an element that this church has been missing. The church has used the Sunday morning pulpit and attendance in Sunday school as the discipleship strategy. The issue is the church has not had a strategy to intentionally help people grow closer and be changed by Jesus. The purpose of this strategy was to create a strategy which would promote intentional discipleship for the adults of Liberty Baptist Church. I will utilize demographic studies, research, and a strategy team to develop a strategy for Liberty Baptist. I also will seek guidance from project evaluators who are experts in the field of discipleship and strategy as I along with the strategy team develop this strategy.
