  • The purpose of the project was to equip the Bible study leaders for Youth Weeks at Gulfshore Baptist Assembly, Pass Christian, Mississippi, in selected areas of leadership. The project involved enlisting eighteen collegiate facilitators for the training workshop. The workshop consisted of eight sessions taught in four days. The dates of implementation were May 22-26, 2003. After the training, the workship and the participants were evaluated. The project director assessed the findings by using post-tests, covenant cards, and role-playing. The evaluation process will be used each year in developing materials to train Bible study leaders to work with teenagers.
