  • The project was designed to take a critical look at the Spiritual Church, but included other denominations for the purpose of research. The method of research used was observer/participant. The result of this research was that women pastors have a different style of administration as compared to their male counterparts. The pastors in this study had all been influenced by male role models in the pulpit, and by their mothers and women in the church in their methods of administration. What we found was that women are more willing to share their authority with other pastors and are more willing to solicit suggestions from others.
