  • This project, through research, designing a spiritual formation class, and project evaluation, explored the process of conversion through which the indwelling Christ transforms the whole person (i e, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, social, and physical). It was an attempt to examine how character development principles are internalized and integrated. Participants received guidance for experiencing authentic well-being. Well-being enables Christians to function in a harmonious and peaceful relationship with God, self, others, and the world. Research revealed a need for seminaries to become more intentional about designing wholistic character development programs, academic and student life programs. Research also revealed significant deficiencies among seminarians for understanding and assimilating the spiritual disciplines.
