Abstract
  • This project studied ministries of First Baptist Church, Anchorage, Alaska, in order to organize and develop those ministries. The design of system analysis provided an excellent way of organizing and developing the project. The methodology was to use surveys, committee evaluations and committee reports. The committee reports were presented to the church. System analysis was used to study each ministry. The result was a ten-percent increase in awareness of the ministries of First Baptist Church. A similar increase was evidenced in the involvement of the members in ministry. Another result of the project was a healthy climate that encouraged suggestions for additional ministries and evaluation of present ministries.
