Abstract
  • Spiritual health and vitality are not an option for the church in the twenty-first century. The purpose of this project was to carefully study and succinctly define the qualifications for church leadership as described in 1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Pet 5:1-3, and Matt 20:20-28 with an emphasis upon the church leader's Christ-like character development. I developed the lectures and taught them during a series of sessions in a Bible college course on Ecclesiology in Spanish. I analyzed the students' input and reactions while evaluating the learning outcomes to identify course improvements.
