Abstract
  • A few of the inactive baby boomer members will return to the church through diverse, short-term, small groups. This conclusion was reached through a program called Reunion set in a mid-size denominational church, in a mid-size rural county seat town. Attendance charts revealed an increase in church activity. Through time and talent survey, cultural diversity and evaluation questionnaires, the author discovered that baby boomers want to find ways to express their faith, share their feelings, and do something worthwhile.
